Craig’s first job as a estate agent was in 2002 with his first managerial role commencing in 2006. Since then, Craig has overseen the running of both corporate and independent estate agents and in 2015, took the position of Branch Partner for Fine and Country, Cheltenham. Having managed the branch for two years, Craig purchased the franchise, which he owned from 2017 – 2022. Having successfully ran the franchise, he opened Hughes Sealey Estate Agents which launched in January 2019. Having worked in Gloucestershire since 2004, Craig has a huge knowledge of the county and looks forward to helping clients achieve a property sale. As an active Director, he leads a successful team with commitment and determination. Home for Craig is in the village of Kinsham, where he lives with his wife, Amanda, two daughters Beth and Lily, the two Labradors Pickle and Digger, three horse, three chickens and two ducks.

Amanda has been involved within the property sector since 2000. Having started as a trainee negotiator for a corporate company in Tewkesbury, her career quickly advanced, undertaking her first managerial role within the same town in 2003. Due to Amanda’s connections within the equestrian sector, Hughes Sealey Estate Agents have worked closely with the Cotswold Vale Farmers Hunt Pony Club and regularly support and sponsor their events. Amanda brings a wealth of experience to the company and has an extensive knowledge of the Bredon Hill villages. In her spare time, Amanda is a keen rider and as well as riding her own horse Magic, she has also taught both Beth and Lily to ride

Nigel Sealey

Nigel Sealey Land and Development Director

Nigel’s role for the company is as Land & Development Director which means you will either find him busy working away at his desk or in a pair of wellies as he trudges across a muddy building site. Born in Gloucestershire, Nigel’s knowledge of the local area is unparalleled, and he brings to the company not only a wealth of business management having previously held senior roles for both UK and International companies but a background in property development, having undertaken the renovation and development of four of his own properties, the latest being a major property development in the village of Down Hatherley, Gloucestershire. Away from the office, Nigel’s interests include landscape gardening, country walks with the dog and weekend lunches in a country pub whilst also being an avid England rugby supporter.

Abigail Sutcliffe

Abigail has worked within the property industry since 2010, both in sales and lettings, which has given her a wide range of knowledge and experience. Having a hands-on approach with extensive expertise in the local area, she has successfully navigated every stage of the selling and buying process to enable the best possible outcome for clients. At home, Abigail enjoys time with her two young boys, getting out in the sunshine and she has fully renovated several houses with her husband.

Jayne Whitehead

I have worked within the property sector for over 25 years, having started my career within a legal practice in 1998 as an office junior to then climbing the professional ladder and qualifying as a licensed conveyancer and onto running my own legal practice up until 2024.

Having retired from conveyancing, I was delighted to be offered the position of Head of Sales progression with Hughes Sealey as it allowed me the opportunity to use my wealth and experience of progressing sales obtained over the last 25 years.

My role specialises in ensuring that your transaction proceeds quickly, from instruction of lawyers, right the way through to completion. I am always at hand for any questions or problems and am happy to help.

Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, reading and spending time with my family, I am married with two children and we have a Schnauzer who enjoys plenty of countryside walks.

Laura Dixon

With over 20 years of experience in publishing, marketing and advertising, Laura is responsible for creating our bespoke marketing brochures and all of our internal marketing campaigns. She brings a creative flare as well as a passion to produce top quality artwork

Most of her inspiration comes to her when shes out walking her border terrier dogs or whilst in the shower

Andrea Watt

Andrea started her property career in selling ‘new homes’ in 1999 when she changed career after starting a family, working for several developers across several counties she accrued lots of knowledge of the house buying process, sales progression and managing the bespoke requirements when buying a new property, this also included estate agency positions with the launching of new developments.

In 2016 diversified into Retirement sales around the county and in 2020 this led into property management/sales in the retirement sector clocking up more knowledge of the after sales processes.

Andrea also managed her own portfolio of property for let including a holiday home in sunny Dartmouth.

Interests when not working are – Volunteer work, Travel and as an F1 fan - love visiting the tracks for live races when can, socialising with friends and family, walking with my two lurchers (we are currently walking the South West Coast Path). DIY from decorating to upcycling pieces of furniture.

Beth Hughes

I have been around property all my life as my parents are estate agents and now own Hughes Sealey Estate Agents. At 15 years old, I decided I wanted to be a solicitor and so having left secondary school, I obtained a place at Leicester University where I gained my Law Degree. Having passed with Distinction, I have recently completed my Master in Law and qualify as a solicitor in the summer of 2025. I enjoy the Weekend Associate role as it is a privilege to show the amazing houses we market and to meet the new owners of the homes.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner Owen and walking our black labrador, Millie throughout Gloucestershire’s finest countryside, which is usually accompanied by a pub lunch.
