Craig’s first job as a estate agent was in 2002 with his first managerial role commencing in 2006. Since then, Craig has overseen the running of both corporate and independent estate agents and in 2015, took the position of Branch Partner for Fine and Country, Cheltenham. Having managed the branch for two years, Craig purchased the franchise for the office and has been the Managing Director since January 2018. Having successfully ran his own company, he has now opened a second company, Hughes Sealey which launched in January 2019, which will work in harmony with Fine and Country, Cheltenham. Having worked in Gloucestershire since 2004, Craig has a huge knowledge of the county and looks forward to helping clients achieve a property sale. As an active Director, he leads a successful team with commitment and determination. Home for Craig is in the village of Kemerton, where he lives with his wife, Amanda, two daughters Beth and Lily, the two Labradors Pickle and Digger and the chickens.

Amanda has been involved within the property sector since 2000. Having started as a trainee negotiator for a corporate company in Tewkesbury, her career quickly advanced, undertaking her first managerial role within the same town in 2003. Due to Amanda’s connections within the equestrian sector, Hughes Sealey and Fine and Country, Cheltenham have worked closely with the Cotswold Vale Farmers Hunt Pony Club and regularly support and sponsor their events. Amanda brings a wealth of experience to the company and has an extensive knowledge of the Bredon Hill villages. In her spare time, Amanda is a keen rider and as well as riding her own horse Toby, she has also taught both Beth and Lily to ride

Having worked for a corporate company for many years, she progressed from a trainee negotiator to a successful manager. Jenny’s wealth of knowledge is unrivalled, and she has given guidance and advice to hundreds if not thousands of property buyers and sellers over a very expansive and successful career. Having lived in Stroud for all her life, Jenny remains the company’s specialist within the Stroud valleys and is delighted to meet future clients to help with their property needs.

Shelley Cregg

Shelley has been involved in the property sector for a number of years with a majority of her time spent selling properties in Gloucestershire having worked for both independent and cooperate estate agencies. Having lived in Stroud for a number of years, Shelley has a huge knowledge of the area and this knowledge has been highly beneficial to both sellers and purchasers. As well as being a highly valued associate for the company, Shelley is also a qualified auctioneer having passed her exams in 2017 and is equally adapt in the valuing of property and chattels for auction purposes. Away from the office, Shelley’s time is taken up by her two children and her association with the Malt House Emporium, based in Stroud.

In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys running water sports and spending time with her family.

Victoria's experience working for solicitors and in property development makes her stand out from the crowd. With a keen eye for a great property, she can see potential where others cannot. She has recently returned to work after a break to raise her family, during which time she renovated three period houses, two in Cheltenham and one in the Cotswolds. Victoria is enthusiastic and always keen to help to bring a deal together. At home she looks after her daughter and two spaniels.
